Couples & Relationship Therapy

Couples - or more broadly relationship - therapy is for any two or more people who identify as being in a romantic relationship.

There is space here for all forms of romantic relationships including, but not limited to: heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual, queer, monogamous, polyamorous, and open relationships, as well as those who are married or unmarried.

As a relationship therapist, I will work with you to name the goals that you have within your relationship, identify how to tackle the sticking points, and ultimately find a path forward. Relational therapy can be beneficial at all stages of the relationship from the beginning when you’re laying the foundation, to finding a new balance after changes in your family structure, when trying to get back to thriving after a period of survival, or even when making the decision to end their relationship and wanting to do so with as much intentionality and respect as possible. There are many reasons that people seek out therapy to support their relationship; I have yet to encounter a situation where those in the relationship feel like starting their journey with therapy was “too soon”.

I often work with relationships where people are: premarital, exploring the boundaries of their relationship, considering where to go next in their relationship or lives, trying to work through recurring issues that create conflict, address communication challenges, become better coparents, or those considering or going through separation and divorce.

I feel privileged to bear witness to each relationship I work with and hope to have the honor to support you in your journey.

When you’re ready to get started, follow the prompts below. I look forward to meeting you.
